As a government worker, I fully support any additional paid Holidays, no matter what they call it, or what it celebrates.
Who's for it? Who knows what it is without looking it up?
I might be for it if it gives me another paid vacation day off of work.

"Yes, there are two paths you can go by
But in the long run
There's still time to change the road you're on."
I think its horseshit.

So when he learned six years ago about Juneteenth, which commemorates the day in 1865 when the last U.S. slaves were notified of their independence, he hosted a party to share food, fellowship and history with his neighbors in Prince George's County. He's repeated it each year since.

I had to look it up.

Does anyone think this will ever be passed, or should be passed or brought up?

I think that it's a legit date for a number of folks to remember, and from what I read it's celebrated in a manner similar to July 4 Independence day.
Keep in mind that a large number of our federal holidays are remembering random dates, birth dates of people long gone, independence day, etc. This date does commemorate an actual significant event in history.
You'll shoot your eye out.
